Prime|XA Foundation
An independent institutional body that designs and stewards structured, repeatable frameworks for how entrepreneurship is taught, practised, and supported — across universities, incubators, and public missions.
Not an incubator. Not an accelerator. Not a funding agency.
A Foundation that builds the systems others deliver through.
The StartupBox Learning System — three hardcover institutional volumes built on the Parallel Ventures Startup Framework (7 Tracks · 40+ Themes · 260+ Lenses).
Two structured programmes: the ETVB Academic Course for universities, and the FDVB Founders Programme for missions and incubators.
Delivered through institutions. Governed by the Foundation. Owned permanently by the institution that adopts it.
Prime|XA Foundation operates through three integrated components — each distinct in role, each aligned through the Parallel Ventures Startup Framework. Together they form a complete institutional infrastructure for entrepreneurship education and founder development.

About the StartupBox →Prime|XA Foundation delivers the StartupBox framework through two distinct institutional programmes — one for academic institutions, one for missions and incubators. Both use the same framework. Both are co-designed once and then owned permanently by the adopting institution.
ETVB Academic Course · For Universities
FDVB Founders Programme · For Missions & Incubators
Prime|XA Foundation works with institutions and ecosystem organisations that are already supporting founders — and are looking for a structured, coherent, repeatable framework to do it better. We do not replace institutional ownership. We enable it.
Institutional partnerships →BBA, MBA, any discipline programme. Entrepreneurship Development Cells. Incubation centres. Innovation cells. Certificate programmes. The ETVB course fits wherever students need structured founder thinking.
State or national-level entrepreneurship missions with active founder cohorts. The FDVB programme provides the structured framework their facilitators need to support founders consistently at scale.
For programmes that have cohorts but lack a consistent curriculum. StartupBox and FDVB provide a shared language for mentors, facilitators, and founders — across every batch.
Corporate social responsibility programmes and ecosystem organisations supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and livelihood creation through structured, repeatable capability-building.
Prime|XA Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organisation. Its role is not to operate programmes, deliver workshops, or act as an implementing agency. Instead, the Foundation serves as the long-term steward of the Parallel Ventures Startup Framework and the institutional architecture built around it.
The Foundation exists to provide governance, continuity, and intellectual integrity to the framework — ensuring it remains coherent, relevant, and adaptable across the institutions that adopt it.
About Prime|XA Foundation →The Foundation governs the framework. Institutions deliver it. This distinction is not incidental — it is structural. It is what allows the curriculum to be owned permanently by the institution rather than licensed from a vendor.
Most interventions end when the programme ends. StartupBox is designed as a system founders carry forward — and institutions deploy across every subsequent cohort, at no further cost to curriculum or framework.
Prime|XA Foundation does not create dependency structures. Co-customisation happens once. The curriculum, once handed over, belongs to the institution to deliver every year — with the Foundation as a long-term partner, not a gatekeeper.
Parallel Ventures is the body of authored work within the Prime|XA Foundation ecosystem — the thinking, frameworks, and long-form guidance that inform StartupBox and both programmes.
We work with universities, incubators, missions, and ecosystem organisations evaluating structured approaches to entrepreneurship education and founder support. If there is a meaningful fit, we will propose an appropriate engagement model.
