Founder Capability Development begins with a different premise: this capability layer can be developed intentionally, progressively and through experience, strengthening people across entrepreneurship, careers, organisations and leadership.
Founder Capability Development (FCD) is the originating discipline behind our work. It focuses on intentionally developing the capabilities people need to recognise opportunities, navigate uncertainty, create value, adapt and lead meaningful action.
FCD originated in the founder journey, but its relevance extends beyond entrepreneurship. The same underlying capabilities can be translated for academic, organisational and other contexts without changing the core framework.
Within Kinesis, CCL translates Founder Capability Development into a structured academic learning programme for entrepreneurship, careers and leadership. It uses the Capability Framework through an academic translation layer and is supported by the StartupBox Learning System.
