Remember: Each Guidance Track is a guided journey with custom tools, assessments, and space for reflection. Sessions are 60-75 minutes long and held over Zoom. The option of in-person meetings is also available.

Each Track begins with a minimum number of sessions, offered at a discounted bundle price. After that, you can extend your journey in flexible blocks of 2 or 4 sessions- no pressure, no lock-in.
