The Delivery Network exists to protect the quality of programme facilitation. It is different from the Growth Partner role, which focuses on institutional access, relationships and opportunity development.
A person may eventually participate in more than one relationship, but the roles remain distinct. Commercial access should not automatically imply programme-delivery authority, and certification for delivery should not automatically imply a sales role.

Professionals with experience in higher education, experiential learning, entrepreneurship, management or related capability-development contexts.
People comfortable working through questions, reflection, dialogue and application rather than only delivering prepared content.
Experienced professionals who bring real-world perspective and can translate that experience into learner development rather than anecdotal instruction.
The Delivery Network may support different parts of the Parallel Ventures ecosystem, including CCL programmes, workshops and other short-format founder-development interventions.
Not every facilitator will necessarily be certified for every programme. Delivery permissions, resource use and facilitator preparation can vary according to the intervention and the level of experience required.
Within CCL · Academic, an institution may have its own faculty trained and certified to deliver the programme internally. That is part of academic implementation and remains within the institution.
The Delivery Network is different. It prepares independent professionals who can become part of the wider Prime|XA delivery ecosystem and may be empanelled for programme or intervention assignments across institutions and founder-development contexts.
A credible delivery network requires continued alignment with the evolving body of work. As FCD, programme materials and facilitation practices develop, the network should remain connected to updated learning, shared practice and quality expectations.
The objective is not to create a large roster quickly. It is to build a dependable delivery ecosystem that can grow without diluting the work.
