Kinesis

The Journey from the Classroom to the Boardroom

A complete, end-to-end founder development suite. Six structured stages — from the moment an institution adopts, through to a self-sustaining founder culture inside its incubation ecosystem. Built on the StartupBox Founder Learning System.

What is Kinesis

One Journey.
Every Stage.

Most institutions support founders in fragments — a workshop here, a mentoring session there, a course that ends before the venture truly begins. Kinesis is different. It is a single, coherent journey that begins with institutional commitment and ends with a founder culture that sustains itself.

Each stage of Kinesis is purposefully designed. None of them are optional fillers. Together, they take a founder from the first spark of an idea through the discipline of venture building — and place them inside a peer environment that keeps them moving.

The journey is the same whether the institution is a university, an incubation centre, or a public startup mission. Only Stage 3 adapts — from the ETVB Academic Course to the FDVB Founders Programme — depending on the institutional context.

The Kinesis Journey

Six Stages. One Coherent Journey.

Every stage plays a distinct role. Stages 1–3 establish the foundation and build the founder. Stages 4–6 serve the incubation ecosystem — meeting founders wherever they are in their journey, for as long as the institution needs.

Stage 01
Institutional Adoption

Institution Adopts

The Foundation is set. The integration model is confirmed. The institution selects the track — academic or mission — and the journey begins. This is not a contract signing; it is a commitment to a structured, long-term approach to founder development.

Who: Institution leadership Output: Adoption model confirmed
Stage 02
The Inflection

The Inflection

A 90-minute facilitated session conducted before each new batch begins. Not a guest lecture — an institutional act. The Inflection ignites enrolment, surfaces expressions of interest, and sends a clear signal that something structured and serious has arrived. It fires at the start of every new cohort cycle.

Duration: 90 minutes Frequency: Each new batch Output: Enrolment momentum
Stage 03
Academic Track

ETVB Academic Course

Entrepreneurial Thinking & Venture Building — a 15-week, 3-credit course for students from any discipline. Co-designed once with the institution's Lead Faculty, then owned permanently. No written examinations. The founder is built before the venture.

15 Weeks · 3 Credits 9 Assessments

Mission Track

FDVB Founders Programme

Founder Development & Venture Building — a modular, session-based programme for active founders at missions and incubators. 7 structured sessions, 7 founder milestones. Facilitator-led after a one-time training by Prime|XA Foundation.

7 Sessions 7 Milestones

Stage 04
Incubation Suite

The Clarity Workshop

A full-day facilitated session for fresh incubatees who want to build but don't yet know where to start. Using the Idea Evaluation Matrix and motivation lenses from the StartupBox framework, each participant leaves with a completed Clarity Statement — their honest starting point.

Duration: Full day · 6–6.5 hrs Cohort: Up to 25 Output: Clarity Statement
Stage 05
Incubation Suite

The Waypoint

For founders who have started but are stuck somewhere. A full-day session using the seven-track framework as a diagnostic map. Each founder locates where they are stuck, works through a structured peer breakout, and leaves with a Next 30 Days commitment document — and a reason to move.

Duration: Full day · 6–6.5 hrs Cohort: Up to 30 Output: Next 30 Days commitment
Stage 06
Incubation Suite

The Founders Table

A recurring facilitated format for 8–12 active, committed founders. Monthly or fortnightly. Each session is anchored in one theme from the StartupBox framework — disciplined peer conversation that produces genuine clarity through structured exchange. This is the format that creates a founder culture that sustains itself.

Duration: 2–2.5 hrs Cohort: 8–12 founders Frequency: Monthly or fortnightly

How Kinesis Works

Continuous Batches. Perpetual Journey.

ETVB or FDVB runs in continuous batches throughout the academic year — not as a one-time event. Each batch produces fresh incubatees who enter the incubation ecosystem. The Inflection fires before each batch begins. The three Incubation Suite formats — Stages 4, 5, and 6 — serve whoever is currently inside, regardless of which batch they came from.

Kinesis Flow Diagram — How the journey works
Two Tracks. One Journey.

Same Stages. Same Foundation.
One Variable.

The Kinesis journey is identical across both institutional contexts. The only difference is at Stage 3 — where the academic course (ETVB) gives way to the founders programme (FDVB). Everything else remains constant: the framework, the incubation formats, the facilitation model, the foundation.

Academic Track

For Universities & Academic Institutions

BBA, MBA, any discipline · EDCs · Incubation Centres

Kinesis enters the academic institution through the ETVB Academic Course — a 15-week, 3-credit programme co-designed once with faculty and owned permanently. The Inflection precedes each batch. The Incubation Suite (Stages 4–6) serves the founders who emerge from it.

  • Stage 3: ETVB Academic Course (15 weeks, 3 credits)
  • Open to students from any discipline
  • Co-designed once with Lead Faculty — then yours permanently
  • Faculty-led after handover; no annual licence fee
  • Incubation Suite runs alongside every subsequent batch

Mission Track

For Missions, Incubators & Accelerators

Public startup missions · Incubation centres · CSR programmes

Kinesis enters the mission ecosystem through the FDVB Founders Programme — a modular, session-based programme facilitated by the mission's own team after a one-time training. The Inflection fires before each cohort. The Incubation Suite serves the active founder pool continuously.

  • Stage 3: FDVB Founders Programme (7 sessions, 7 milestones)
  • For active founders in existing cohorts
  • Mission's own facilitators trained by Prime|XA Foundation
  • Mission retains full delivery autonomy after training
  • Incubation Suite available throughout the cohort lifecycle

Adoption Pathways

Five Ways Institutions
Adopt Kinesis

Kinesis is institution-agnostic by design. It does not require a specific department, programme structure, or cohort size. It integrates with what already exists and builds from there.

01

BBA / MBA Programme

Core or elective module within an existing business programme. ETVB integrates as a structured, credit-bearing course that produces incubation-ready graduates.

02

Entrepreneurship Development Cell

EDC-driven programme for self-selected students across departments. Kinesis gives the EDC a structured, repeatable annual framework with measurable outcomes.

03

Incubation Centre

Pre-incubation and incubatee development. The Incubation Suite (Stages 4–6) can be adopted independently for institutions whose founders are already inside the ecosystem.

04

Innovation / Startup Programme

Institute-wide programme open to any discipline. Kinesis provides the structured backbone for innovation cells and startup programmes seeking consistency across cohorts.

05

Certificate or Add-On Programme

Short-format certification for UG, PG, or working professionals. Kinesis adapts to certificate structures without losing the coherence of the full framework.

Every institution begins somewhere different. Prime|XA Foundation works with you to identify where Kinesis fits best — and builds from there.

A Principle, Not a Preference

Prime|XA Foundation
Always Facilitates Directly.

Every Kinesis session — The Inflection, The Clarity Workshop, The Waypoint, The Founders Table — is facilitated directly by Prime|XA Foundation. This is not a logistical preference. It is a structural principle.

The integrity of the journey depends on consistent, expert facilitation. There is no train-the-trainer model for the Incubation Suite. The Foundation shows up, every time.

The FDVB Founders Programme is the one exception — where the mission's own facilitators are trained by the Foundation to deliver the programme independently. Facilitation ownership is handed over deliberately, with full support.

What Prime|XA Foundation provides
  • Direct facilitation of all Incubation Suite sessions
  • The Inflection before every new batch
  • One-time ETVB curriculum co-customisation with Lead Faculty
  • FDVB facilitator training for mission teams
  • StartupBox Founder Learning System supply and support
