Founder Capability Development is the originating discipline. The Capability Framework is the architecture through which that discipline becomes visible, structured and usable.
The relationship therefore runs in one direction: FCD → Capability Framework → Seven Tracks. The Framework does not define the discipline; it gives the discipline a stable developmental architecture.
