Opportunities · Founder Development Ecosystem

Join the people building the next generation of founders.

Parallel Ventures and Prime|XA Foundation are expanding a structured ecosystem for founder development, entrepreneurship education, venture-building capability and institutional innovation.

These are not conventional job openings. They are participation pathways for educators, facilitators, evangelists, mentors and ecosystem professionals who believe entrepreneurial capability can be developed.

Current Focus

Kinesis Faculty Associates

Faculty and facilitators for programme delivery.

Founder Development Evangelists

Relationship-led ecosystem and institutional outreach.

Startup Mentor Network

Selective, by invitation and nomination.

Current opportunities

Three pathways into the Founder Development ecosystem.

We are not building a conventional hiring funnel. We are building a network of people who can help develop entrepreneurial capability across institutions, founder communities, incubation environments and regional ecosystems.

At this stage, two pathways are open for expressions of interest. The mentor pathway remains selective and invitation-led, because founder guidance must emerge from demonstrated contribution, not merely a self-declared title.

Active · High Priority

Kinesis Faculty Associates

Kinesis Faculty Associates are the delivery backbone of the founder development ecosystem. They facilitate structured sessions for students, aspiring founders and early-stage venture builders across institutional and ecosystem contexts.

This is not a lecture-delivery role. It requires the ability to hold a room, guide reflection, encourage participation, connect frameworks to lived decisions, and help young people think like capable founders.

  • Facilitate ETVB, FDVB, Clarity, Waypoint and related founder-development interventions.
  • Work with undergraduate and postgraduate students, aspiring founders and early venture teams.
  • Use structured programme material, assessments, prompts, tools and session plans.
  • Prepare seriously before delivery and maintain continuity across multi-week programmes.
  • Participate in orientation, certification and programme-specific readiness reviews.
Best suited for educators, facilitators, trainers, startup educators, incubator professionals, leadership-development practitioners and experienced mentors who are comfortable with young adults and interactive learning.
Primary Role: Programme Delivery & Facilitation
Engagement: Assignment-based
Pathway: Orientation + Kinesis Faculty Certification
Apply as KFA

Founder Development Evangelists

Founder Development Evangelists help institutions, incubators, entrepreneurship cells, startup missions, CSR teams and ecosystem organisations understand why founder capability development matters.

This is not a conventional sales role. It is a relationship-led role for people who can open serious conversations, listen to institutional needs, explain the Kinesis architecture, and help move interested organisations towards meaningful adoption.

  • Identify and initiate conversations with institutions, incubators and ecosystem organisations.
  • Represent the Founder Development and Kinesis proposition with clarity and credibility.
  • Help qualify opportunities before deeper institutional engagement begins.
  • Coordinate introductions, exploratory calls, presentations and proposal-stage discussions.
  • Build long-term relationships rather than chase transactional leads.
Best suited for education-sector professionals, ecosystem builders, institutional relationship managers, startup community leaders, former founders, consultants and people with credible access to academic or entrepreneurial networks.
Primary Role: Institutional Outreach & Adoption
Engagement: Partnership / Success-based
Pathway: Orientation + Ecosystem Alignment
Apply as FDE
Selective · By Invitation

Startup Mentor Network

The Startup Mentor Network will support founders as they move from ideas to ventures, and from early validation to decisions around business models, markets, teams, funding, growth and resilience.

At this stage, the mentor network is not being opened as a public application pathway. In India, almost everyone claims to be a mentor. We would rather observe contribution, judgement, commitment and founder empathy before inviting people into this layer.

  • Support founder cohorts emerging through Kinesis, ETVB, FDVB and founder-development pathways.
  • Contribute as reviewers, speakers, domain experts, operators or founder advisors when relevant.
  • Participate through nomination, invitation or prior ecosystem engagement.
  • Engage only where their experience matches the founder’s stage, context and need.
Mentoring within this ecosystem is intended to be earned through demonstrated contribution. Individuals applying as KFA or FDE may later be invited into the Startup Mentor Network where appropriate.
Primary Role: Founder Guidance & Venture Support
Engagement: Invitation / Nomination-based
Pathway: Through prior ecosystem contribution

What we value

We are looking for people who bring more than credentials.

The work requires maturity, curiosity, discipline and respect for structured frameworks. The right people will be able to learn, represent the methodology, and contribute to the ecosystem with seriousness.

Clarity of Thought

The ability to understand, explain and apply founder development ideas with precision.

Reliability

Commitment to timelines, preparation, continuity and professional conduct.

Facilitation Capability

Comfort with interactive, reflective and discussion-led formats rather than lecture-heavy delivery.

Founder Mindset

Respect for uncertainty, experimentation, resilience, collaboration and venture-building discipline.

Professional Maturity

The presence to work with institutions, students, founders and ecosystem stakeholders responsibly.

Learning Orientation

Willingness to undergo orientation, certification, preparation and ongoing capability development.

Relationship Orientation

The ability to build trust and open meaningful conversations rather than push transactional outcomes.

Respect for Frameworks

Readiness to work within the Kinesis, ETVB, FDVB and Parallel Ventures methodology.

Selection pathway

A structured process before any deployment or representation.

Participation in the ecosystem may involve review, conversation, orientation, certification and programme-specific preparation. The process will vary based on the opportunity selected.

Stage 1

Expression of Interest

Share your profile, experience and preferred opportunity pathway.

Stage 2

Application Review

We review your background, responses and relevant supporting material.

Stage 3

Exploratory Conversation

A focused conversation to understand fit, motivation and role alignment.

Stage 4

Orientation

Selected participants are introduced to the philosophy, programmes and expectations.

Stage 5

Certification / Onboarding

Eligible participants may enter the relevant certification, readiness or partner pathway.

Startup Mentor Network

Mentoring is selective because founder guidance must be earned, not merely claimed.

The Startup Mentor Network is currently being developed through invitation, nomination and prior ecosystem engagement. Individuals who contribute meaningfully as Faculty Associates, Evangelists, reviewers, speakers or ecosystem partners may be invited to participate as Startup Mentors.

By Invitation

For founders, operators and domain experts.

Mentors will be engaged when relevant founder cohorts and venture needs emerge through Kinesis, ETVB, FDVB, Clarity, Waypoint and The Founders Table.

Apply / Express Interest

Choose the pathway you would like to explore.

Please select the opportunity that best matches your interest. The relevant application form will open only after you confirm that you understand the nature of the pathway.

The Startup Mentor Network is currently by invitation and does not have an open application form at this stage.
