Prime|XA Foundation is building a structured partner ecosystem for Founder Capability Development across institutions, founder communities and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
These are not conventional job openings. They are participation pathways for educators, facilitators, evangelists, mentors and ecosystem professionals who believe founder capability can be intentionally developed.
Faculty and facilitators for programme delivery.
Relationship-led ecosystem and institutional outreach.
Selective, by invitation and nomination.
We are not building a conventional hiring funnel. We are building a partner network that can help develop founder capability across institutions, founder communities, incubation environments and regional ecosystems.
At this stage, faculty, certification and evangelist pathways are open for expressions of interest. The mentor pathway remains selective and invitation-led, because founder guidance must emerge from demonstrated contribution, not merely a self-declared title.
Kinesis Faculty Associates are the delivery backbone of the founder development ecosystem. They facilitate structured sessions for students, aspiring founders and early-stage venture builders across institutional and ecosystem contexts.
This is not a lecture-delivery role. It requires the ability to hold a room, guide reflection, encourage participation, connect frameworks to lived decisions, and help young people think like capable founders.
Kinesis Certified Faculty represent the advanced faculty pathway within the Prime|XA ecosystem. They are experienced facilitators who can support institutional adoption, mentor newer faculty associates and contribute to the continued strengthening of Founder Capability Development delivery.
This is not an entry-level teaching label. It is intended for people who demonstrate depth, consistency, judgement and the ability to carry the Kinesis methodology with responsibility.
Founder Development Evangelists help institutions, incubators, entrepreneurship cells, startup missions, CSR teams and ecosystem organisations understand why founder capability development matters.
This is not a conventional sales role. It is a relationship-led role for people who can open serious conversations, listen to institutional needs, explain the Kinesis architecture, and help move interested organisations towards meaningful adoption.
The Startup Mentor Network will support founders as they move from ideas to ventures, and from early validation to decisions around business models, markets, teams, funding, growth and resilience.
At this stage, the mentor network is not being opened as a public application pathway. In India, almost everyone claims to be a mentor. We would rather observe contribution, judgement, commitment and founder empathy before inviting people into this layer.
The work requires maturity, curiosity, discipline and respect for structured frameworks. The right people will be able to learn, represent the methodology, and contribute to the ecosystem with seriousness.
The ability to understand, explain and apply founder development ideas with precision.
Commitment to timelines, preparation, continuity and professional conduct.
Comfort with interactive, reflective and discussion-led formats rather than lecture-heavy delivery.
Respect for uncertainty, experimentation, resilience, collaboration and venture-building discipline.
The presence to work with institutions, students, founders and ecosystem stakeholders responsibly.
Willingness to undergo orientation, certification, preparation and ongoing capability development.
The ability to build trust and open meaningful conversations rather than push transactional outcomes.
Readiness to work within the Kinesis, ETVB, FDVB and Parallel Ventures methodology.
Participation in the ecosystem may involve review, conversation, orientation, certification and programme-specific preparation. The process will vary based on the opportunity selected.
Share your profile, experience and preferred opportunity pathway.
We review your background, responses and relevant supporting material.
A focused conversation to understand fit, motivation and role alignment.
Selected participants are introduced to the philosophy, programmes and expectations.
Eligible participants may enter the relevant certification, readiness or partner pathway.
The Startup Mentor Network is currently being developed through invitation, nomination and prior ecosystem engagement. Individuals who contribute meaningfully as Faculty Associates, Evangelists, reviewers, speakers or ecosystem partners may be invited to participate as Startup Mentors.
Mentors will be engaged when relevant founder cohorts and venture needs emerge through Kinesis, ETVB, FDVB, Clarity, Waypoint and The Founders Table.
Please select the opportunity that best matches your interest. The relevant application form will open only after you confirm that you understand the nature of the pathway.
The Startup Mentor Network is currently by invitation and does not have an open application form at this stage.
Select the pathway that fits you best and complete the relevant expression of interest.
Founder Capability Development grows through people, institutions and alliances that choose to build the ecosystem together.
